SOUTHSIDE ROLLOVER ACCIDENT SUNDAY
No serious injuries were reported on the Southside last evening when a Jeep driver flipped in a roll over crash along Route 15 north near the Dunkin’ at about 6:15pm. According to the Sun Gazette, Police reports say the driver swerved to avoid a Toyota Camry that cut into their lane while turning into a complex from the northbound entrance. No one was hurt in the crash, but both northbound lanes were briefly shut down as crews cleared the wreckage. South Williamsport Police are investigating.

REASON FOR 911 OUTAGE
The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency says a defective operating system caused the intermittent 911 outages statewide on July 11. A full investigation is underway, and residents are advised to store their county’s 10-digit non-emergency number as a backup. Final findings will be shared once the review is complete.
